Payment Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or Paypal. 2. Delivery Your order will be shipped within 5 business days and it'll be delivered in about 1-2 weeks after shipment because we ship it by EMS(Express Mail Service) or International ePacket. Shipping and Handling Charges The Shipping and Handling Charges depend on delivery area and they should be paid together with the total amount of the ordered items. We are setting a limit to the amount of purchasing to avoid heavy items and extra shipping charge. In the event that you refuse to accept the delivery of an order, or if an order is returned to us after the retention period at the post office has passed after failed delivery attempts, we will not refund payment to you. 4. Customs Duties The customer may be subject to import tax, value tax, customs handling fees and any other taxes in some countries or regions. In this case, you (or the recipient if the merchandise is shipped to someone other than you) should be responsible for the payment of any such taxes or fees. In the event that the delivery of an order is delayed due to complications or processing at customs, we bears no responsibility for this situation. 5. Return and Exchanges Policy Exchanges will accepted only at the convenience of us. In the case of our fault [(1) - (3) as follows] (1) The merchandise is different from what you ordered (wrong shipment). (2) The merchandise is defective. (3) The merchandise is damaged. We will be subjected to shipping costs incurred for return and resending. If the items to be exchanged are out of stock, you will be given a full refund for the merchandise.
